Oh joyous day! I am sitting here at Books and Beans, watching the gorgeous sunlight play across the stones of the building across the street as I enjoy my mocha in peace. This morning, woke up early(for a Saturday!) to join Joel and Graham for breakfast and chat and prayer…and of course being together was oh so wonderful. As always.

And then I made my way down George Street as the sun shone brilliantly overhead and I couldn’t help but walk with my face up-tilted to soak in its rays. My body longs for the sun and as summer approaches oh so delicately, I rejoice!

And now as I sit in peace, I will read and write a bit as I enjoy the company of my God…and then I shall go out and enjoy this day a bit more, I say. Too much sunlight to be ignored!

First though, to finish my mocha. And then maybe I’ll have a sandwich too. I’m hungry.
