Ok, I said I’d show you all my schedule and AP scores and all…sorry about the wait. 😛 I really need to stop being so lazy, anyways, I’m pretty happy with my AP scores:

BC Calc – 5
Chemistry – 3
English Lit. – 5
Euro. History – 5

I was hoping for a 5 in lit, FINALLY I’ve fived an english exam. Hehe. Stupid four last year on the language exam. And I’m very happy with the chemistry. I was just hoping that maybe I’d pass it. And I did, so yay! Anyway, enough about APs…they’re over now..and soon enough, I’ll have real college classes!

And speaking of real college classes..you all want to see my schedule for this fall, don’t you? Well, even if you don’t, here it is anyway:

stolen from dream…

1. Leave me a comment saying, “Interview me.”
2. I will respond by asking you five questions. I get to pick the questions.
3. You will update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the same post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.

Answers to Dream’s questions:
1. What is your favorite memory from your childhood?
-Many favorite memories…probably my family playing at the beach together…*shrugs* Too many to think of, really.
2. What are you looking forward to the most over the next year?
-College, duh. 😛 Can’t wait for UF.
3. What would you do if you had a million dollars?
-I would do a lot of things. I would give some to my church and other Christian organizations..I would keep a lot for myself and buy cool things like books and a car…would invest some of it…and yes, yes…I’m sure I would be kind to my beloved friends, as well. 😉
4. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
-Mmm…In a job that I love working at, married to a woman I love, with my own family…that’s all that I see…and hope for.
5. What would you do if you had been offered your dream job in your senior year of college? Go to grad school? Or take the job?
-Um..depends on the job. How much does it pay? I’m not even sure what my dream job is..depends on the future involved.

Answers to Sweeney’s questions:
1. When was the first time you kissed Amy?
-Prom.
2. Were you always self motivated for your grades or did more motivation come from your parents?
-Self-motivated, pretty much…I knew I’d get in trouble with parents if my grades weren’t good, but I’m a very competitive person..
3. What is the most out of line thing you’ve done?
-Um…can’t think of much…guess that one time I was camping out with church friends – we were wandering the whole park at night running away from the park rangers who were looking for us.
4. What do you want to be when you grow up?
-As in occupation? Probably some sort of engineer. But when I grow up, I most want to be a husband and a father.
5. What’s your favorite flavor ice cream?
Breyer’s mint chocolate chip…yeah…I could go for some of that right now.

Answers to Chris’ questions:
1. Did you think you’d be Valedictorian in freshman year?
-Haha, no way.
2. If not, when did it strike you that you could be number 1?
-Um, probably beginning of junior year…when I had five APs and no one else did..
3. What’s the best book you’ve read?
-Ow…very tough. Maybe LotR. Possibly something by Asimov. Really can’t decide.
4. Would you rather go forward or backward in time?
-Hmm…well, there’s so many things wrong with time travel, but I won’t get technical. 😛 Probably forward, just because I want to see what the future holds.
5. Who’s your idol?
-Jesus Christ, the one and only.

Answers to Becca’s questions:
1. Do you prefer to begin a day if it’s very sunny outside, or raining?
-Hm…depends on my mood, probably. I think I might actually say raining, though…nothing like waking up to the soft pounding of the rain above your head…
2. Favorite Bible verse?
-Mmm…tough. I don’t really have a ‘favorite’ – depends on my state of mind. I like Psalm 19(all of it) and Psalm 29(all of it), and anything in Romans. But it’s hard to pick a particular verse. 😛 Galatians 2:20 is one of them, I’d say.
3. Ever been to Washington State?
-That’s a negative. 😉
4. Would you rather have a ten-word vocabulary or never speak again?
-That depends. If having a ten-word vocabulary translates over to my writing as well, then I’d rather never speak again – at least I could write. 🙂
5. Excited about that Narnia movie?
-You know I am. 😀

Dream put me up to it…

List your current six favourite songs, then tag six other people that have to do the same.

1. Queen – ’39
2. Beatles – Eleanor Rigby
3. MC Chris – Fett’s Vett
4. John Williams – Imperial March(Yes, that’s a song. :P)
5. Simon and Garfunkle – Sound of Silence
6. Lost Prophets – Burn Burn

And since I’m tired and getting ready for bed, you all get off…don’t feel like tagging any of you…;)

Looking at the past..

Well, I think I mentioned in an earlier entry about how busy of a month May was…and how I’d go over it later…but I’m really lazy, so I thought I could tell the story of May easier with pictures! So I scanned a bunch of pictures…and here you are. The only big event I don’t have pictures of is my birthday/Star Wars…oh, well. Oh, and my Senior Day pics aren’t in yet, either, but I do have some of those. Anyway, enjoy.

The few, the proud, the honor circle.

It’s Maggie! Oh, and I’m there too.

Me and Reed, the only guys in the honor circle.

My parents and me!

PROM!

I’m ready to go to prom…but no, my mom wants one more picture!

The Guys

The Girls

The Fantastic Four

Senior Achievement Banquet

Maggie’s hiding…

There’s Maggie!

Chorus Banquet!

That’s me…right there in the front row in the middle. Can you see me? Yeah…neither can I.

Senior Baccularueate!

Yep, we’re singing. See if you can find me.

Why is no one looking at the same camera…

The Clone Troopers of 2005.

I love my family…

The Dream

My grad party!

Look at all the food…

Piano time!

Haha, think Graham wants in the picture..

Sweeney, have you left Dream’s side YET?

Huzzah for singing!

An intellectual conversation..

Graduation!!

Yeah, that’s me at the podium…I swear!

Done at last! Don’t we look happy?

And there you go…it’s not all the pictures I have, but if you really want to see the rest, come over to my house…I’m tired of scanning a million pictures. And no, that’s not an exaggeration. Not really.

Pencil!

Wow…I haven’t updated in a while. I feel I really should…and besides I have something I want to talk about…

*clears throat*

Tonight I got this Pencil of Awesomeness from a family friend that visited Japan and China recently…the pencil is rubbery and flexible…I can tie it in knots…it rocks. I will keep it forever. And the pencil came from Japan(take that, Dream!). It’s tied in a knot and hanging from my ear right now. Hehe.

I really should make a more “substantial” update..so much has happened this month. Graduation. Prom. Grad parties. Star Wars. Not in that order. Maybe later. If I get the time. Suffice it to say, May 2005 will always be remembered.

*goes off to play with pencil*

Ow. My ears hurt. More on that later.

Today was an awesome day..just having nothing to do all day rocked. Woke up late, hung around the house until about 12, when Chris and John E. picked me up. We went and got our tuxes(one week ’til prom!) and then me and Chris went and ate at Applebees. After that, came home, gamed a little, ate dinner, then went out to the grad party…Andrew came by with Maja and we all went together. It was a rocking time there…I do love to dance. But I’m obviously not experienced enough with loud music…when we walked out about half an hour ago, my ears were ringing. And they still are. Anyway, great time there. That sums up my day…two more days of awesomeness…and then school.

Wow, the last few days have been so busy…but in an awesome way. I really should have updated sooner, just never got around to it ’til now.

Thursday started off with brain bowl…went to MOSI at around 8. brain bowl was really fun, surprisingly. Unlike last year, in which we lost the first two rounds, Gaither’s team advanced to the fourth round before we were knocked out…on a tiebreaker. We should have won, but we choked. Meh. It was still fun. Joey Gibney’s mousetrap cars rocked, beating almost all of the mass-produced kit cars. And I learned that ap chemistry is good for something..the chemistry equations competition wasn’t that bad at all. But, didn’t win. The best part of Brain bowl was the food, though…they brought in Pizza Hut…best pizza ever.

Finally got home at about 3:15 or so, and about five minutes later, Amy called…I had forgotten that I was supposed to pick her up for calc help. Oops. Well, my mom and I went over to her house and got her. At my house, tutoring ensued. Or not. Surprisingly, we get quite distracted trying to do math…I think we did two problems. Was great fun just talking and talking…after dinner, me, Amy, and my sister went over to see Midsummer Night’s Dream. Was totally AWESOME!! I must admit, that was one of the best(probably was the best) play I have seen at GHS(or anywhere, since I haven’t seen plays anywhere besides GHS). Chris, Jess, and everyone else in it…you all rocked…hard!! Thursday was just a magnificent day…even though brain bowl exhausted me…well, the afternoon and evening more than made up for it.

Friday was ok. At least the first part. The evening was awesome. In third and fourth periods, had a massive calc test. Fifth period, had a chem test. Wow, was I dead after that. That fried me for the rest of the day, so when I got home, had to take a nap to recharge. And then…Madrigal! Me and my mom went to Madrigal(put on by Chamberlain). Amy was in it…and naturally, she was amazing…amy, you’re awesome. The food was very, very good…but the best part was the singing! Act 1(the premier chorus of CHS) put on quite a show…I had a simply exquisite time listening…nothing better than to listen to good music, eat good food… Me and my mom were sitting at a table with amy’s parents, so we talked with them most of the time…they seemed pretty nice. Afterwards, Amy came and we all talked for a little while, until soon she had to go get changed, so I escorted her to the changing room, then me and my mom left. Was just an incredible evening…

Today didn’t compare at all with the previous two days. Did calc homework for most of the day, until tonight, when I went over to Andrews for gaming fun. Played Halo with him, Chris, Craig, Jason, Eddie, Zach, and Rachel. Maja was there, too, but she “doesn’t play video games”. Much homocidal fun ensued.

And now, it’s late and I’m tired…I just had to chronicle the past few days’ events…enjoy the update. One more week…and it’s AP time! And no more homework…EVER. Or, at least for high school.

G’night, all!

SPECTRUM…2005!

Wow, first night of Spectrum is over…and it was totally awesome. It’s such a different experience, performing in front of so many people…some people do it all the time. But this was totally new for me…and I loved it.

Our small group’s song was the third number, so it was nice to get that done right away…and I think it went pretty well! Steve said he went sharp, but he’s always hard on himself…and my mom(very good singer) didn’t notice, so that was ok. Every other song was awesome – just being there, performing, was incredible. I can’t wait for tomorrow night!! Even though I will be glad, in a way, when it’s over. My family and some friends from church were there…and they loved it. I saw Mrs. Granell afterwards and she said she saw a whole new side of me – she thinks of me as the smart kid, valedictorian…and then she heard tonight.

Amy found out today that she’s getting a national merit scholarship from FSU!! That news(and Spectrum tonight) totally made my day! You rock, Amy!!

Hm, I’m pretty hungry…think I might eat something now, then maybe finish history homework, then off to bed. I am so worn out from the show..
